2. Products & Orders

  • All products listed on our website are educational toys for children and families in Pakistan.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided to give you accurate information. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur.

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number, etc.).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We currently accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer (details provided at checkout)

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received (in case of bank transfer) or upon delivery (for COD).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery times are usually 3–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to courier company issues, strikes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 15-day return policy for unused and unopened products.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at our email zawetoys@gmail.com

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided are accurate.

  • You agree not to misuse our website, products, or services for unlawful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zawetoys.pk is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product misuse or delays in delivery.

  • All toys should be used under adult supervision where necessary.

  • Your personal information (name, phone number, address) is collected only for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
